Towne Brown Ale
Towne Brown Ale is a Method twist to the old English brown ales. Featuring light hop characteristics with dark roasted malts and a caramel background. Towne Brown is sure to please the sophisticated palate of even the snootiest of snooty snoots—but, don't let us catch you drinking it with your pinky finger up!

Red Mullet Pale Ale
Hoppy in the front, party in the back.
Red Mullet Amber Pale Ale's double-wide taste features a perfect balance of hops in the front and a smooth & sweet malt to rock out the back. It's as American as riding in the back of a pickup truck with your Man-Mane flowing in the wind. In other words, it tastes like Freedom! Yeehaw!

Bee-Cup Brew
Because nobody likes a flat beer.
Bee-Cup Brew is an amber ale with a well-rounded Southern taste of toasty biscuit malt and two-handfuls of honey.

Gaarden Hoes Witbier
Always till the soil before planting your seed.
Gaarden Hoes is Method's take on a classic Belgian witbier.

Rooibos Red Ale
All the red bush flavor without the freckles.
Rooibos Red is a good ol' Irish red blended with the finest South African rooibos tea. This cross-breed has a slightly bitter edge that mellows out to a vanilla finish.

Winter White Ale
Method's Winter White Ale is a celebratory brew for the birth of Mark's baby, Emma. Seeing that it's the Christmas season, we've added our own holiday touch to a classic white ale. You will notice hints of ginger, nutmeg & clove in this citrusy winter beer.
