At Method Brewery, we're a bit restless. We are continuously trying to brew new beers and perfect our previous recipes. Here are a few of our favorites and cellar staples:

Towne Brown Ale

Towne Brown Ale

Towne Brown Ale is a Method twist to the old English brown ales. Featuring light hop characteristics with dark roasted malts and a caramel background. Towne Brown is sure to please the sophisticated palate of even the snootiest of snooty snoots—but, don't let us catch you drinking it with your pinky finger up!

Red Mullet Amber Pale Ale's double-wide taste features a perfect balance of hops in the front and a smooth & sweet malt to rock out the back. It's as American as riding in the back of a pickup truck with your Man-Mane flowing in the wind. In other words, it tastes like Freedom! Yeehaw!
